The challenge

Search behavior is evolving. People are increasingly using AI-powered tools to research topics, explore options, and find answers.

I wanted to explore what this shift could mean for Botella AI's discoverability and how its website content could become easier for search engines and AI-powered systems to interpret.

What I worked on

I led Botella AI's SEO and organic growth strategy, working across more than 25 website pages.

My work included technical SEO, on-page structure, metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and content improvements designed to make information clearer and easier to interpret.

I also explored GEO and AEO approaches, including direct-answer formatting and entity optimisation, to support visibility across emerging AI search experiences.

Alongside these changes, I maintained a production-ready website with no critical SEO or console issues.

What I learned

This project deepened my interest in the relationship between search, content, and AI-powered discovery.

It also made me think about a bigger question: when people discover information through AI rather than a traditional search results page, how should marketers rethink visibility and measurement?

That's a question I'm continuing to explore.

My role

SEO and organic growth strategy, website optimization, and GEO/AEO implementation.
