A little about me

Hi, I'm Srinavya.

A digital marketer learning to think beyond the campaign.

01How I found my way into marketing

I've always found the way people discover things, make decisions, and respond to ideas interesting. Digital marketing gave me a way to explore that interest while combining creativity with a more analytical way of thinking.

What I like about marketing is that there's rarely just one thing to figure out. You need to understand the audience, get the message right, choose how to communicate it, and then pay attention to what happens. Sometimes an idea works. Sometimes it doesn't. Either way, there's something to learn.

That mix of creativity, problem-solving, and constant learning is what keeps me interested.

02From doing the work to asking bigger questions

My experience in digital marketing has given me a foundation in areas such as content, SEO, online discovery, campaigns, and analytics. Working with these areas has also made me curious about what happens beyond an individual marketing activity.

Getting people to a website is one thing. Helping them understand a product is another. And understanding why they choose it, return to it, or recommend it opens up a whole different set of questions.

I've found myself wanting to understand more of that bigger picture.

  • What makes someone choose one product over another?
  • How does a business explain its value when the market is crowded?
  • How can marketing teams make better decisions instead of simply doing more?

03Why I'm interested in Growth Marketing and Product Marketing

For me, moving towards growth marketing and product marketing feels like a natural next step.

  • I

    Growth Marketing

It brings together customer behavior, experimentation, data, and the process of figuring out what actually moves a business forward.

  • II

    Product Marketing

It starts with understanding the product and the people it's meant to serve. It's about finding the right way to explain why something matters and what makes it different.

  • III

    Go-to-Market Strategy

The thinking that goes into bringing a product to the right audience, communicating its value, and giving it a better chance of succeeding.

I don't see this as leaving digital marketing behind. I see it as building on what I've learned and understanding how the different pieces fit together.

04Curious about what's changing

Another area I'm spending time exploring is the impact of AI on marketing, especially how people search for information and discover products.

The way people find answers is changing, and I think marketers will need to keep questioning some of the things they've traditionally measured and prioritized. I'm interested in what this means for SEO, content, brand visibility, and the way new products reach their audiences.

I don't have every answer, and I don't think I need to. I'd rather keep learning, test my assumptions, and form opinions based on what I observe.

05Where I am today

I'm at a point in my career where I want to be more intentional about the work I take on and the skills I develop.

I want to become someone who can look at a marketing problem, understand what's really going on, work out what might help, and connect the strategy to practical execution.

I'm still learning, still experimenting, and still figuring out where I can make the biggest contribution. That's part of the journey, and I want this portfolio to show it honestly.

For me, marketing has become more than a set of channels or campaigns. It's a way to understand people, communicate ideas, and help good products find the people who need them.

That's the direction I'm moving in.
